Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the organization, planning, control and execution of project
• Lead and manage a team of operational staff to meet the objectives and targets as per contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
• Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme and produce long term works plans in relation to project budget and cashflow projection
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan to achieve the required CONQUAS, Quality Mark (QM) and WSH compliance
• Monitor, control and coordinate site work with the operations team as well as contractors and suppliers
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors & suppliers
• Develop and execute procurement of subcontract awards and work together with commercial team in handling contractual matters when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
• At least 15 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the construction industry
• Candidate with extensive experience in building projects anticipated in Green Mark Platinum, PBU, PPVC, MET, or any DfMA projects is preferred
• Good knowledge in various contract forms, e.g. SIA, REDAS, PSSCOC, etc., and local statutory codes with authority submission / application procedures
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
• An awareness of sustainability initiatives in construction
• Mindset to work in a digital environment

Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate on assignments related to space planning, conceptual and schematic design, design development, tender documentation, and construction site supervision.
• Implement design activities according to project schedules.
• Create and present design proposals using PowerPoint or other media formats.
• Work closely with consultants, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure that designs comply with local regulations and standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material samples.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure it aligns with design specifications.
• Participate actively in design and site meetings to address and resolve any issues.
• Administer construction contracts under SIA and PSSCOC standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 years Architect with healthcare experience or inclination.
• Registered Architect with around 5 years experience including familiarity in local design compliance and authority submission.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Available for business travel if necessary.
• Excel in 3D modelling, visualisation, and graphic software; BIM skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).

Responsibilities

• Comply and uphold the integrity of the Group’s Procurement policy and procedures.
• Responsible for managing assigned Categories
• Manages the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process including sourcing of vendors, ITQ/ Tender, bid clarifications, negotiations, issue PO and facilitate vendor payment.
• Administer Purchase Orders and Contracts.
• Perform analysis and evaluation of vendors’ proposals.
• Negotiate with shortlisted vendors for best prices, delivery time, delivery term, payment term and other Contractual terms.
