• Assist the program manager in planning and executing shutdown activities, interface management, and coordination of engineering, procurement, planning, and costing activities.
• Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution of EPC projects.
• Support project management in top management project review meetings by providing comprehensive project status updates and insights.
• Facilitate detailed project status discussions with project owners, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on project objectives and milestones.
• Prepare and control complete project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and mitigating actions.
• Collaborate with various disciplines to prepare material requisitions, conduct vendor meetings, and evaluate technical bids.
• Participate in 3D model reviews, Hazop review meetings with clients, and subcontractor clarification meetings to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years’ total work experience, out of which at least 5 years in EPC project management capacity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience in conducting technical bid evaluations, vendor meetings, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools and hazard analysis techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Purpose

This position reports to the Operations Director (OD). Candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Primarily job responsibility is to ensure works are carried out safely and timely in accordance with contract requirements and specifications, which includes managing 24X7 calls, sub-contractors, working teams, providing training, and mentoring of junior team members as well.

Key Responsibilities

Technical:

• Plan and responsible for day-to-day success of project execution and management of the construction process within budget, meet contractual and safety requirements.
• Lead the project team, ie Quantity Surveyor, sub-contractor,etc to ensure timely delivery of project within budget, quality including defining clear roles and responsibilities.
• Review all needful documents like drawing, BOQ, method statement, safety documents etc including maintaining documentation and records
• Establishes project execution plan in conjunction with the Operations Director
• Conduct all risk management and oversee all HSE checks, reports and incidents
• Submit weekly progress report, update any site work etc
• Installation/ replacement/ repair works of pumps, control panels, plumbing and sanitary works.
• Be proactive, share technical knowledge and experience with team for improvement.
• Assist Management with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

Administration:

· Produce accurate reporting to OD

· Assists OD in verifying monthly progress claims etc

· Manage all information in relation to project including labour, material, and sub-contractor

· Assist OD with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

· Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals

· Ensure supervisors & workers meet client & regulatory requirements

· Carry out short-term planning to meet site progress

Skill Requirements

· Diploma/NITEC or equivalent in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics) with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

· Skills proficient in AutoCAD, and MSOffice.

· Good analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

· Good comprehension of engineering literature and specifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct and complete in a timely manner assigned internal audits in order to ascertain the state of internal control and make suggestions to improve the business processes.

• Expected to plan, organise and lead audit teams for more complex audit projects

• Prepare reports and make presentations to Management and Audit Committee, and perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT related disciplines

• Candidate must have at least 5-6 years of working experience in auditing.

• Candidate with CIA, CISA certification is preferred

• Proficiency in Computer Assisted Auditing Tools would be an advantage

• Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills

• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated and possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good leadership qualities
