Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to lead and guide Agile teams through the implementation phase of projects. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed a minimum of two full implementation projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Support the development team in achieving their goals by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and principles throughout the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Act as a servant-leader to the Agile team, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master, with at least two full-cycle Agile implementation projects managed.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibility:

• Manage project performance, ensuring operational KPIs are met and coordinating with Project Managers.
• Prepare and present quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze, forecast, and monitor project costs, addressing variances and providing updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/interim audits.
• Provide insights on WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
• Recommend improvements in project management and reporting processes.
• Review and validate project payments and invoices.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Construction or similar industry, handling various projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Assist the Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.

· Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS/ Monthly Progress Claims and PM Reports.

· Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.

· Planning of micro-scheduling with other trades/disciplines against the Master program

· To update structural/architectural/M&E progress with scheduling tools.

· Supervise and monitor projects carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & and contractual specifications.

· Ensuring supervisors & and foremen meet clients’ regulatory work requirements.

· To check and ensure compliance with the TOP checklist

· Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.

· Ensuring environmental, safety, and health practices are carried out at all times.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or recognized by PE Board/ BCA

· 1-2 years’ experience in Building Engineering projects, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET projects will be a plus

· Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM
