The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Provide timely updates and suggestions to Senior Manager for timely implementations to ensure work efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.
• Control and Maintains project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems in specific to manpower and materials / tools needed.
• Support in sourcing project material, tools, and equipment to support the start and during the course of the projects.
• Account and maintain the inventory of material, tools, and equipment of the projects before/during/after.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Acts as safety ground coordinator to ensure safety awareness and maintenance of the ground staff.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Only Singaporean to apply.

• Candidate shall possess at minimal “O" – Level or NITEC Qualification or equivalence education qualification.

Job Description

• Involved in full project implementation cycle (SDLC) with system analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and produce detailed documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Prepare and review system documentations including meeting minutes, functional requirement specification, Gap-list, technical documents, and user guides.
• Gather, analyze and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
• Coordinate project activities and work closely with Project Manager and vendor in managing the project plan.
• Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing them over to users for UAT.
• Communicate and work with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Troubleshooting system issues, provide systems support and training to users.
• Good knowledge on application deployment & maintenance methodology.
• Design and testing of new enhancements / integrations / reports for application systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 Finance or Supply Chain modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving and communication skills.
• Possess good working knowledge of business processes such as sales and distribution, supply chain management and finance.
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
• Good written communication, social and teamwork skills.
• Skills in process mapping and business process re-engineering will be an added advantage.
• Technical knowledge of SSRS, BI tools like PowerBI will be an added advantage.
