The Business Execution Senior Lead is directly accountable for management of critical projects and initiatives for Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business in Asia South. The role requires an understanding of multiple areas within TTS business and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the business. A good understanding of the industry, competition product and services will be helpful to contribute to the objectives of the business. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible for multiple aspects of TTS business for the cluster, development, and implementation of business process improvements.
• Responsible for the management of significant projects or process with a large amount of independence.

• Directs the creation of multiple projects of work and manage their alignment to business goals.
