As part of our consulting & project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and execution of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will need to support design, project specification, including design briefs, design deliverables, preparation of tender documents and tender evaluation leading to award of consultants or contractors. In the process, you will also review plans, designs, specifications and drawings as well as provide direction and advice for projects implementation. This role will require the successful candidate(s) to work with the Consultants and various stakeholders, internal and external, including government agencies.

Requirements

• Good degree in Architectural and/or Interior Architecture with preferably 4 years and above of relevant project, architectural and interior design experience.
• Proven design and project management experience in delivering large-scale projects, preferably in aviation infrastructure works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Revit/ BIM, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, or any other rendering and professional movie editing software.
• Excellent written (preparation of power point) and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
• There is flexibility to hire at the Project Architect or Principal Project Architect level depending on the candidate’s experience.

Summary

The Lead System Analyst - Business Intelligence is responsible for providing relevant foresight, drilled down qualitative analysis and forecasts for better decision making of the teams he/she is partnering and closely with colleagues to develop effective solutions for our customers using the DW and BI applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

The Business Risk and Control Officer will be a key member of the Legal Risk & Control Team supporting both the Legal Department and the Regulatory Strategy and Policy (RSP) team with focus on the Global Assessment Unit coordination role as well as supporting the implementation and execution of new BAU transformation processes to ensure appropriate adherence to firm-wide initiatives and requirements, including operational and compliance risk management programs.

• Assist Manager to draw up partnership agreements (eg. MOUs) for review and approval and successful implementation of partnership workflow/processes and systems. (eg set up of agreed workflows between partners for the partnership)
• Coordinate with other team members within Sparkle Care and external partners to ensure all aspects of the core partnerships can work effectively e.g., facilitate seamless delivery of the continuum of care between the inhouse and external AAC, SCC and the HPC+ teams.

Active Aging Centres
