RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement all aspects of planning and operations relating to the realisation of exhibitions and other projects, as well as, care of artwork collections

The Project Manager will work closely with the Festival Director, partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure that all events and activities run smoothly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the festival’s programming, including exhibitions, talks, workshops, and installations.

This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.).
