The Project Manager plans and oversees one or multiple inter-dependent project spanning multiple years that impact one or more business units or one larger project. He/She oversees all aspects of assigned project throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Develop project plan

• Develop the integrated project plan including detailed activities, resource planning, cost estimation per project

REQUIREMENTS:

Study our existing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat etc.) and propose improvements

Plan and execute social media campaign for our upcoming activities

Update and maintain our social media presence

Be able to write in Chinese will be an advantage

Make an Impact by

Strategic Planning

• Gather intelligence on competitors’ activities
• Plan & assist supervisor in the execution of Trade incentives/activities
• Explore opportunities in the expansion of equipment distribution with external Partners

Statistics

• Establish & maintain sales dashboard for weekly presentations
• Use statistics to provide insights to sales team to capitalize on potential opportunities
• Preparation of Business Review presentations for external Partners

Operations

• Regulate corporate system access for internal & external stakeholders
• Coordinate, monitor & manage deployment of corporate assets
• Assist in the reinforcement of store hygiene (eg. Visual merchandising)
• Other general administrative duties

Skills for Success

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
• IT savvy with keen understanding of mobile technology/knowledge
• Proficiency in database/data visualization software (eg. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Results oriented and have strong commercial fundamentals & good business acumen
• Team player who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills
