ABOUT THE POSITION:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of delivering complex banking projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
• Experience using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Relevant professional qualifications in project management or banking will be an advantage.

Responsibility

• Responsible to provide support to perform and check daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks to IT operation planning & administration sub team as team members
• Develop or modify project plans and track their progress
• Assist with vendor management, negotiating contracts and ensuring work is completed on time to a high standard of quality
• Process expense reports and payments to outside vendors
• To support a project related to system operation team as project member .
• To support project from another team/section/department as instructed by superior .
• To perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior .

Overall Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Engineer you take the lead in the technical work preparation for product development, studies, tenders and commercial projects.

You will assist the project manager and lead a team of engineers to execute the project. In this role you will be the single point of contact for the technical interface with the Client and subcontractors.

After completing the project preparations in the office and fabrication yards, your team will support the vessel crew during the execution on board their crane vessels.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Similar.

• Minimum 8-year experience in engineering, project preparation and execution of offshore projects.

• Work experience in the offshore is mandatory.

• Good understanding of offshore assets and equipment capabilities in order to win, prepare and execute offshore projects.

• Familiar with the offshore oil & gas and renewables business.

• Supervisory and coaching skills to provide guidance to less experienced engineers.

• Willing to work (temporarily) offshore on their vessels, yards, overseas or in our other offices.

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

You will be responsible for the following:

• Engage all suitable referrals in Advance Care Planning discussion and facilitate the completion of Advance Care Plans for patients.
• Ensure effective communication of patients’ Advance Care Plans to health care professionals and other stakeholders.
• Follow up and review outcome of Advance Care Planning, including honouring of care and treatment preferences (where possible).
• Follow up on concerns raised during Advance Care Planning discussion, by providing feedback to the healthcare teams and other stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to raise awareness of Advance Care Planning.
• Conduct and participate in Advance Care Planning advocacy and facilitator training.
• Any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or Allied Health relevant to the job.
• Must be a critical thinker, self-motivated, able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Equipped with basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in statistics and familiarity with relevant community services will be an advantage.
