The Job:

• Manage and oversee faculty development initiatives
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring the faculty’s performance
• Manage and oversee tenure-track and tenured faculty recruitment initiatives and activities
  • Responsible for planning, initiating and outreach to identify potential candidates for the faculty’s position
• Manage and oversee non-tenure track structured faculty appointments and re-appointments
  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of faculty appointment and re-appointment
• Manage and oversee the annual faculty performance appraisal exercise
  • Coordinate and oversee the annual faculty performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to institutional policies and procedures
• Coordinate and oversee the entire faculty promotion and tenure process, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures
• Manage and oversee the nomination of faculty for local and international awards

The Requirement:

• A recognized degree in Engineering / Science with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the administration in an Institute of Higher Learning
