Change Management & Communication Manager is expected to lead the change management and communication aspects of Platform Transformation.

Candidate will plan and execute communications and change management plans and engage senior stakeholders to manage comms, assess change readiness and plans and work with business stakeholders to manage the transitions and/or drive adoption.

He/she will also work closely with HR, Corporate Communication Team and other functions to ensure effective change management and project communication.

Drive Change Management and Communication in Platform Transformation’s strategic projects, including

1. Adoption and Communication Lead for new portal project

• Work closely with project team and business change champions to develop adoption and communication plan
• Drive onboarding of external and internal customers
• Define and track success metric

2. Change Management and Communication Lead for new system project
