Your key responsibilities:

• Closely monitor market developments and engage with clients and business on the strategic outlook and demand for new offerings, products and features. Structure solutions that fit client requirements and provide specialist advice to clients.
• Work in close co-operation with clients, business and support departments in assessing new demands and advise on feasibility to support.
• Become a subject matter expert on related processes
• Assess and document new FinTech & VASP Business Models in close co-operation with multiple departments and ensure full compliance with internal procedures, external regulations and best practice standards.
• Translates client and internal demand into requirements and projects and assures end-to-end implementation of new solutions, which among others consist of the technical implementation, business, and operational readiness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Fintech and VASP control framework as well as the effectiveness of the Fintech and VASP ecosystem within DB.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 4 years professional experience in either the payment, fintech or banking industry working in a product/program management role
• Proven track record on cross-divisional work (sales, product, delivery and brings product manager and project management skills in the delivery of segment initiatives
• Sound understanding of Corporate Banking and Transaction Banking in the region with expertise on regulation and industry practice
• Analytical, strategic skill-set, good understanding of market and banking products
• Self-starting- able to manage tasks independently, expand knowledge into different areas and combine analytical work with the ability to drive projects on your own
• Strong team-player attitude and ability to work with international teams around the globe, building your own networking skills in a global organization
• Worked in high performance culture and understands and strives for client centricity

• Using computer to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, maintain excel spreadsheet, create presentation, conduct research

• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail

• Assist Director's team members on team projects

• Planning of events & coordination of booking process

• Preparing PowerPoint slides presentations

• Responsible for business and administrative duties to Director, resourcing and executing business development plans and increase market share in the industry.

. Support Director to drive business by building strong rapport and relationships with stakeholders.

Process Governance:

·       Establish, document, and maintain robust service delivery processes.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.

·       Conduct regular process reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks.

·       Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery.

Risk Management:

·       Identify, assess, and mitigate operational resiliency, compliance, and reputational risks associated with DCS services.

·       Develop and maintain a risk register for DCS services.

·       Ensure appropriate controls are in place to manage identified risks.

·       Support regular DCS systems risk assessments, compliance audits and reviews.

·       Advise DCS System PIC on policies, procedure, regulatory changes and their impact on DCS services.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

·       Develop and manage the DCS service budget.

·       Monitor and control service costs to ensure they are within budget.

·       Prepare financial reports and analyses for management review.

Stakeholder Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

·       Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

·       Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns.

• Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT service management or in Tech Risk with a focus on governance and control within an IT enterprise environment
• Relevant industry certification (e.g: ITIL, Six Sigma, COBIT)
• Solid writing, documentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the areas of Risk Management, IT audit or IT security is an added advantage
• Prior working experience in banking or financial institutions would be an added advantage.

Good understanding of MAS or APAC financial regulators technology risk guidelines or mandates would be valuable.
