He/she is expected to:

Job Summary:

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, communicating these to the development team, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Job description:

· Stakeholder Management: Understand and gather project requirements from stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

· Communication: Clearly and promptly communicate project expectations, milestones, and progress to team members and stakeholders.

· Project Tracking: Oversee and monitor the progress of projects using project management tools to ensure timely delivery. Maintain detailed project documentation, including logs for all project tasks.

An IT Project Manager, or IT Project Leader, is a professional who oversees the implementation of IT infrastructure and software within the organisation. Their main duties include project planning, resource allocation and project implementation that is in line with the organisation’s standards and policies.

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in IT or related field of study.
