Process optimization:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive standardization of Order to Cash processes across different departments and regions in conjunction with regional ERP system upgrade.

Data Security Services team in Singapore is responsible for day-to-day operational services on the infrastructure of Europe (mainly France and UK) and Asia remotely from Singapore. France infrastructure represents approximately 80% of the worldwide production activities in Singapore.

Job Description

The incumbent will be supporting the programme management function in the new MSc in Strategic Analysis and Innovation (MSI) programme. This programme is helmed by NUS Business School (MSc Programmes Office).

The roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Overall Programme Management

• Ensure that the programme runs smoothly and effectively, keeping the needs of students in mind while maintaining the integrity of the programme and at the same time, aligning with the SOPs set for the rest of the MSc programmes
• Deliver service excellence in assisting students in the programme including all course-related matters, all aspects of experiential learning component, ad-hoc academic counselling and student wellness matters
• Keep data on student demand and feedback on courses to advise the Academic Directors (ADs) and MSc office for constant monitoring and review of programme offerings

Class Timetable Scheduling and Course Registration

• Coordinate, de-conflict and manage all course outlines and timetable matters related to the programme, so as to ensure standardisation and that the timelines are properly adhered to
• Communicate to the students on all matters related to their coursework in a timely manner, including preparation of user guides and conducting briefings to the students and course registration matters
• Prepare the important and necessary information to the instructors on class enrolment, student profile, teaching and assessment guidelines before the start of each semester

Student Record Management

• Monitor and track the students’ workload and progress, and respond promptly on all student matters including Leave of Absence applications, Academic counselling matters
• Coordinate the mid-term student feedback sessions. Consolidate the information gathered and monitor follow-up actions.

Faculty Matters

• Prepare the Letter of Engagement letters and process teaching payments for the instructors for each semester. Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments where necessary.
• Provide teaching support to faculty members, with resources from NUS offices and IT systems including Canvas (teaching platform), Integrated Marks Management System (IMMS), student and classroom management (CAS) matters

Exam Processing

• Track and monitor timely upload of marks by faculty members, ensuring zero discrepancy
• Compile marks and the Board of Examiners’ reports, and process students’ requests e.g. Special Consideration and appeals for results review

Student Feedback

• Prepare data for the Student Feedback System
• Compile the feedback reports for the MSc office and AD, and monitor follow-ups, if any.

Event Management and Liaison

• Work closely with the other units within the MSc office on office projects and events
• Any other duties as assigned by the AD/MSc Programme Director/Associate Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable institution, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing academic programmes within tertiary institutions
• High level of written and oral communication skills
• Experienced, confident and effective working in cross-cultural settings

We are currently recruiting for Senior Business Analyst for our client engagements who will be working with the clients’ business stakeholders to identify value of their processes, assess automation opportunities, document and optimize the business processes of the clients’ departments. Responsibilities also include creation of the functional requirements and will work closely with Solution Architects and Solution Developers to ensure the implemented process supports client's functional needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Provide functional and operational recommendations to clients’ functional teams & business stakeholders
• Review and help refine automation and process excellence business cases to optimize, improve and automate business processes to deliver the desired business outcome
• Help create an automation and business value consulting pipeline to ensure adoption of automation and process excellence capabilities to drive the “automation first and process excellence” strategy for FujiFilm clients.
• Conduct high-level assessment, create detailed As-Is process description, detailed To-Be automated process description, and define quantifiable business cases with a sound understanding of Business Process Automation (BPA) products and platform.
• Work with clients’ internal functional teams and business stakeholders to extract use cases from their existing implementations
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to create an implementation plan for the BPA solution designed and work closely with BPA Developers to support them through testing and deployment.
• Participate in workshops to help shape best fit solution for selected process area
• Interact with business stakeholders to present automation and process excellence sources of value in the chosen process areas
• Coordinate with client’s internal functional teams and business stakeholders regularly for scope clarifications.
• Identify reusable solutions to improve Fujifilm BPA solutions offering and industry blueprint
• Act as a communication bridge between FujiFilm and clients’ stakeholders
• Develop success stories and case studies for adoption of Fujifilm BPA capabilities to be shared with clients and in the industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business or related field
• Minimum 2 year of experience in process documentation/ business analysis or consultancy
• Minimum 3-5 years of overall experience in operations or process consultancy in any of the following areas: demand to quote, order to fulfillment, issue to resolution, invoice to cash, record to report, hire to retire, information/data management, sales operations, compensation.
• Experience in understanding business processes implemented in enterprise applications like Salesforce, Workday, Netsuite, Concur, Coupa, SAP, Esker etc.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills
• Experience in effectively engaging and working with a global team
• Great verbal and written communication along with presentation skills
• Strong process minded thinking, problem solver and solutions-oriented
• Working knowledge and experience in delivering at least 4 Process Improvement Projects using Frameworks such LEAN, PDCA etc yielding significant project benefits
• Thinkers and analysers - with the ability to engage with stakeholders to listen, understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments
• Certification in Business Analysis IIBA, Certification in Business Analysis for RPA e.g. UiPath is a plus
• Knowledge of RPA technologies e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism
• Experience in Agile methodology and JIRA tool hands-on, applying OCR, NLP, AI/ML etc. capabilities to enhance business process and performance is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of sales activities of residential development projects
• Proactive and resourceful in canvassing potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline and clinch sale through various platforms and channels
• Network and conduct viewings for prospects and solicit sales
• Handle enquiries and presentation of property details
• Proficiently administer all sales and legal documentation pertaining to the sales and in compliance with statutory and company regulations
• Follow up and track on sales leads, prospects and daily showflat’s visitor
• Prepare and submit sales analysis reports and work plans to Management
• Establish positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents
• Preparation of all sales related documents and ensure that all sales related documents are properly filled and commission recorded accurately
• Versed in Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing requirements and conducts screening of customers
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Marketing
• 3 to 5 years of relevant direct sales experience with property developers
• Experience dealing with high-end luxury properties are advantageous
• Candidates with a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification would have added advantage
• Confident in delivery of sales presentation in both English and Chinese required
• Possess an outgoing and self-motivated personality with customer service-oriented, sales-driven mindset
• Independent, meticulous and have sound understanding of the property buying and selling property process
• Good knowledge of statutory and/ or real estate regulatory compliance
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work on shifts (Including weekends and/or public holidays)
