Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and close project plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Drive project scoping and initiation documents, business cases, and business requirements documents.
• Manage project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders across business and technology functions from Front, Middle, and Back Office.
• Work across business and technology lines to define, analyze, and lead improvements to business processes and procedures in line with best practices, regulatory and legal compliance.
• Manage project resources, budgets, scope, risks, schedules, progress, performance, deliverables, issues, escalations, and conflicts.

Requirements

• University graduate with a major in Business Management, Information Systems/Technology, or Finance from a recognized university.
• At least five years of experience managing large-scale, end-to-end projects in a global financial institution, responsible for all project aspects (managing users, technology partners, senior stakeholders, and external service providers).
• Certification in project management and/or Agile methodologies (Product Owner or Scrum Master) is advantageous.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the Contract Administrative & Procurement Team, overseeing pre- and post-contract activities (e.g., insurance, performance bonds, retention sums, variation orders etc).

As part of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s Leadership Development Programme, the Food and Beverage Management Trainee will gain practical experience and knowledge through a structured 18-months programme. THE ROLE

Netflix seeks a seasoned and intellectually-curious music business affairs executive to join our team based in Singapore. This role will provide music business affairs support for our Content, Marketing, and PR teams covering Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and Chinese-language projects. This position will be based in our Singapore office, with periodic international travel.

A substantial part of the role will be overseeing, managing, and scaling the music clearance workflow for film and series content and for marketing and PR campaigns, from project conceptualization to launch. The role includes clearing music tracks with multiple rights holders, from quote, through negotiation, to signature–and, if clearance is not feasible, suggesting alternative tracks. In addition, the role will advise on a wide range of music matters, including CMO requirements, while keeping in mind the strategic goals of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

This person must have music supervision or music clearance experience. They must have in-depth knowledge of music copyright, and experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting master use and synchronization license agreements; library license agreements; composer, songwriter, and performer agreements; music director and music producer agreements; record label and music publishing waivers; and soundtrack album agreements.
