The role:

This role not only governs operation vendors to provide daily IT operation support to business users but also requires very hands-on work resolving and preparing incident reports for critical/P1 incidents. Responsibilities:

• While taking a bird's-eye view of the banking system, draw out, and analyze various business processes, policies, and IT requirements for the system or region in charge.
• Based on the results of the analysis, create a To-Be model and communicate with both IT and coordinate opinions among stakeholders to validate
• Lead the discussion with relevant stakeholders and make several documents such as a requirement document and a specification document etc.

• Take full responsibility for Scope Control, Risk management, Issue handling, and quality control of deliverables.
• Requires frequently communicate with the client in order to align with its directions.
• Create some deliverables and do development and testing with delivery members.
• Meeting handling (Creation meeting agenda and minutes, Creation of Management report, Update progress, Key issues and risks to both head office and local management, and facilitate the meeting）

Job Requirements:

• Must have good communication and documentation skills.
• Must have experience of PMO experience of the IT related project
• Highly preferred to more than 3-year experience in IT, financial sector and/or consulting business.

As the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Business Analyst, you will be responsible for build activities to design, implement, and maintain core solutions within SAP systems and with other enterprise applications in SCM domain across North Asia & SAPMENA zone. You will support BRM on the demand management and adopt Build-to-Run process.

The role will require a deep knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution specially in S4 HANA system, as well as a strong grasp of enterprise architecture and integration principles.

The role will report to IT SD Lead of Finance & Supply Chain Zone Build Team North Asia & SAPMENA

The position will be preferred to be based out of Singapore .

Key Job Accountabilities

• Support Business Relationship Manager on demand assessment and analyze the impact of new solutions on Business and IT processes.
• Core Sales and Distribution Functions and Processes.
• Experience in Variant Configuration, BoM and Hana new SD functionalities (aRMA, aATP, BRFPlus, OPD etc..)
• S/4HANA SD application experience including configuration, design, testing, compliance & implementation (at least 2 full project lifecycle and 3 support project experience).
• Experience in basic functions, sales order processing, order fulfilment, consignment process and returns process.
• Experience in credit management, pricing, taxation, billing and outputs.
• Experience in CVI, aATP, Advanced Return Management, BRF+, Settlement Management, International Trade etc.
• Experience in major enhancements (RICEFW) using APIs / user exits / BAPIs / BADIs.
• Experience in interfaces with legacy systems and IDOCs.

Technical Competencies

• Strong functional and technical experience of SAP SD and strong understanding of integration with SAP-FICO and MM.

Duties:

- Planning and execution of project plans at construction site

- Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing

- Ensure construction site fulfill authority's code of practice and comply with safety house rules.

- Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission

- Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers

- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
