Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' sales or customer service experience in a service industry
• Proactive and motivated to go above and beyond to deliver client expectations
• Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior-level executives
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and accounts simultaneously
• Prior experience in Account Management or Sales
• Experience with strategic account plans.
• Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.

About the role

As a Business Support Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Managing Director to keep things running smoothly. From managing schedules and creating impactful presentations to coordinating key business activities, this role offers you the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and be a pivotal part of our success.

What you will be doing:

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing appointments, organizing meetings, preparing expense claims, and generating reports.
• Create compelling fee proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and materials for tender interviews, ensuring professionalism and impact.
• Prepare detailed reports and polished presentation materials for board meetings, while recording accurate meeting minutes for timely distribution.
• Coordinate and prepare requests, review documents for accuracy and compliance, and efficiently manage Managing Agent agreements and other administrative tasks.
• Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, responding or redirecting inquiries as necessary.
• Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Managing Director to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
