Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the MICE industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
• In-depth understanding of the MICE industry and a well-established network of contacts in the sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and participate in industry events.
