The scope of the Strategic Investments and Business Development function at Olam Agri covers M&A, greenfield investments, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives. As a key member of the SIBD team, the Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth strategy of Olam Agri. S/he will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, from deal origination and analysis to execution and post-deal integration. M&A and organic investments:

· Support the execution of investment/divestment projects: business case development, valuation and financial modelling, due-diligence, structuring, documentation review and project management

· Coordinate cross-functional mullti workstream due diligence teams to evaluate financial, tax, legal, and other aspects of potential acquisitions. Identify risks and opportunities, and propose strategies to mitigate risks
