Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Prepare Estimated P&L and submit on 1st and 15th on each month.
• Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot salary discrepancies.

• Prepare duty rooster for respective Department/Section if needed.

• Strategic Planning Support: Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning initiatives.
