Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. **Supplier Management:** Familiarity with the global crude oil market, especially suppliers of related products from countries not subject to sanctions, with a unique market insight to ensure the stability and efficiency of the supply chain.
2. **Market Expansion:** Establish and continually expand buyer networks in regions such as China and Europe, responsible for building close business relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
3. **Sales Network Management:** Possess a robust procurement and sales network, capable of leading the team to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
4. **Market Analysis:** Regularly analyze global crude oil market trends, formulate corresponding sales strategies, and provide improvement suggestions to adapt to market changes.
5. **Team Leadership:** Take a leadership role in the sales team, offering professional guidance, training, and development for team members to ensure effective collaboration.
6. **Partnership Management:** Establish and maintain close relationships with partners, ensuring the company's competitiveness in the global market.
7. **Compliance Management:** Adhere to and promote the company's compliance standards, ensuring that business activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Energy, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Five or more years of experience in crude oil sales, with at least three years in a sales management role.
3. In-depth knowledge of the global crude oil market, familiarity with suppliers outside of sanctioned countries such as Russia, and knowledge of buyers in China and Europe.
4. Strong procurement and sales network, along with excellent team leadership skills.
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of achieving success in a complex business environment.
6. Global mindset, adaptable to business requirements in different cultural backgrounds.
7. Sharp insight into market trends and competitive environments, capable of formulating effective sales strategies.
