What You’ll Bring:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
• Min 2 years of sales prospecting or Inside Sales experience through social media, cold callings, emails and writing qualification notes

Reporting to the Senior Director of overseas business expansion, your responsibilities would includes

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives, emphasizing BIM-related solutions.
• Identify target markets, industries, and clients for expansion efforts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, particularly those in the BIM industry.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on software and BIM solutions.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on BIM-related projects.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, partners, and resellers, with a focus on BIM.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends, including BIM-specific insights.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business development efforts.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software or BIM industry and with P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of the software market, technology trends, and BIM.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

· Draft functional specifications and solutions in collaboration with technical IT specialists and present functional aspects/impacts of changes/evolutions to the stakeholders.

· Plan, prepare and execute the qualification strategy of the overall developed solutions

· Deliver fully tested products on-time and quality up to production deployment.

· Maintain up-to-date required product documentations & train end-users.

· Prepare and maintain functional documentation including but not limited to process flows, user stories, functional test cases, integration tests etc.

Skills/Requirement

· Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent

· Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using Java/.Net-related technologies (such as Java GUI frameworks like Swing, SWT, AWT, RESTful Web Services, Struts, Spring, Angular, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, .Net Core, Web API, SQL Server Database, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework)
