-Assist in the execution of mergers/acquisitions transactions

-Exercising due diligence in facilitating the closing of a deal

-Pre-acquisition activities such as planning, searching and valuation

-Handle day-to-day transaction execution

-Perform and oversee financial analyses, including valuation

-Review transaction documents (including sale and purchase and shareholder agreements)

-Interact directly with clients and coordinate with other advisors (lawyers, co-advisors)

-Preparation and review of materials used for engaging stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

Integrated Specialist

Job Description:

• Support engineers in conducting site acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up for transformers and switchgear. Knowledge of UPS, Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives, and PLC systems is a plus.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault investigation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

Due to growth, we’re looking for experience Accounts Assistant to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:

· Handling full spectrum of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

· Ensure all the billing, receipts and processing of vendor invoices and staff claim are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

· Perform reconciliation of GL control balances with respective sub ledgers.

· Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP are posted accurately.

· Assist in month end closing.

· Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting.

· Any other general administrative duties or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management.

What we’re looking for:

Accounts Assistant

· Min Diploma in Accountancy or any other equivalent qualifications.

· Min 5 years of accounts receivable & accounts payable experience

· Good knowledge in Microsoft Office such as excel and words
