The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple cross-functional IT infrastructure projects. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborate with business users, internal and external teams, and vendors to ensure project is successfully completed on time, within budget & scope, and with quality.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

As a Project Manager for Cloud Migration, you will lead the end-to-end migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications from on-prem to AWS Cloud. • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in business development, HR or preferably within the recruitment industry.
• Demonstrated success in working remotely and with various clients.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as clients and candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Commission is 50% (for each deal)

We're seeking a driven sales professional to develop and close business opportunities with our B2B end-users, meeting monthly sales targets and driving revenue growth.

This role comes with good base salary and attractive bonuses depending on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business leads through direct outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs, decision-making processes, and pain points
• Offer tailored solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate sales closures
• Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new solutions and services
