We are seeking a Research Associate to conduct innovative research in air traffic management, especially on the application of human factor in interface design for air traffic management.

Key Responsibilties:

• Assists in development of the assessment framework for controller workload, communication and coordination efficiency, and decision-making effectiveness when operating under and transitioning from normal and multi-sector planner staffing levels.
• Analyzing and optimizing users' human factor performance to ensure smooth transition between staffing level and effective use of ATM tools.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to collect user feedback by analyzing bio-signal data or questionnaires.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among experts from diverse backgrounds to integrate knowledge
• Publishing in top-tier journals and conferences, mentoring students, and collaborating with industry and academic partners to deliver impactful results.

Job Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Human Factors, operations research, or a related field;
• Domain knowledge in ATM is highly advantageous.
• Strong research contributions, evidenced by publications in SCI Q1 journals and peer-reviewed conferences.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, C++, MATLAB).
• Excellent English communication and writing skills - for research purposes
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify project design hazards, construction risks, and constructability issues.
• Develop corresponding mitigation measures together with the project team.
• Chair regular risk mitigation meetings and training with clients and internal parties.
• Advise management on alternative safer and higher productivity construction methodologies.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for safety and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings related to construction progress, risks, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managements.

Job Requirements:

• Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature
• Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment or equivalent.
• A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate OR
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the design and the supervision of the construction of structures with at least 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs and writing specification
• Have a degree accepted by PE Board or Board of Architect and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM)
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain accurate management reports to support strategic decision-making
• Present data-driven insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization
• Design and manage dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead initiatives focused on optimizing business processes through data analysis
• Support cross-functional teams in process improvement efforts
• Assist with project management, contract tracking, and planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent
• Experience in data analytics and reporting
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to create and deliver management reports
• Experience with process improvement and optimization
• Familiarity with project management and contract management
• Knowledge of planning methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, critical path analysis)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
