Your key tasks 

• Overall planning, execution and leadership of change the bank projects for Avaloq’s customers major global bank. Includes working with the required Avaloq units (Solution Architect / Consultants, Infrastructure, Support Services, Regional Banking Operations, customer representatives, etc) and partner resources, where applicable.to define project objectives and execute defined project plan.
• Preparing project budget and subsequently, commercial offers in close cooperation with the Avaloq Solution Architect / Consultants and Key Account Managers for their submission and negotiation with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve defined objectives of the projects (scope, quality, time, budget, reporting, project staffing (internal Avaloq and external partners) and post project reviews).
• Consulting and coaching of the customer's project managers and team to leverage best practices and business processes reflected in Avaloq’s Banking Reference.
• Concurrently leading projects and support pre-sales offers to prospects.
• Ensures deliverables are timely and of good quality

Business Planning and Operation Manger, Private Wealth

The Business Planning and Operation Manager will be responsible for building and optimizing the operational framework for private wealth business, covering high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs. This includes developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to attract, engage, retain, and expand the client base. The role requires a deep understanding of client needs, coordination of internal resources, and enhancement of product and service penetration. Regular analysis of industry trends and competitive dynamics is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management Framework Developments:

Develop and implement an operational framework for high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs, including but not limited to client segmentation, tiering client benefits scheme, and online client portal operation including in-app and website.

Responsible for scaling and meeting business growth targets, ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the operational framework. Regularly monitor market and competitor dynamics, produce relevant reports, and provide recommendations for operational strategy adjustments based on analytical findings.

2. Client Lifecycle Growth Strategies:

Formulate and execute growth strategies across the entire lifecycle of high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs, from acquisition to conversion, engagement, retention, and expansion.

Collaborate with other functions in the team, such as client facing personnels or marketing managers, to effectively implement growth strategies and achieve business objectives.

3. Go To Market planning and implementation

Identify key business scenarios and user needs based on the investment demands of high-net-worth clients, family office and EAMs.

Coordinate and implement GTM strategies with relevant function including sales and service personnels, marketing manager and other internal resources within private wealth business, to enhance conversion rates at critical stages and increase product and business penetration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in business planning and operations (including at least 3 years of experience in private wealth segment), business management experiences with private banks are highly preferred.
• Experience in establishment of sales operation framework and building operational and service systems for high net worth clients and institutions.
• Familiarity with how client origination, financial advisors and investment consultants work, with the ability to integrate and connect online and offline service resources.
• Logical thinking with good analytical skills
• Good communication skills and able to manage various stakeholders
• Sufficient knowledge in various asset classes and asset allocation, with an understanding of fundamental market landscape research methodologies.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both speaking and writing, is required. Willing to travel between Shenzhen and Singapore occasionally.

This is a 5-month contract role

What will you do?

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specification for the development team
• Work with UI/UX designer in providing low-fidelity design prototypes with good grasp of UI/UX principles
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Support development team with sprint planning and daily scrums
• Work with project/product manager in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and refine product requirements.
• Conduct analysis of existing products relevant to mental health, mental wellness, behavioural changes, and user feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Identify and define KPI metrics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.

2. User Stories and Use cases

• Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteira
• Develop use cases and scenarios to illustrate user interactions with the app.

3. Stakeholder management

4. Quality Assurance

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories and process flows.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues.

About The Role

The Airport projects department of Gunnebo Entrance Control requires a Project Engineer to support its expansion in the Airport passenger processing solutions.

The candidate will oversee delivering of Airport projects globally.

They will work closely with Multiple Stakeholders, in ternal and external, in a successful delivery of projects, on time, within budget and with required quality.

The Projects they will be involved with will be in different time zones and local teams from many different cultures. The Project Engineer will also be required to support some large installation worldwide.

There will also be global travel required for this role dependent on requirements.

What You Will Do

· Work with internal Airport team (Project managers, Bid managers and Product managers) to provide technical, remote or on-site support for installation and commissioning.

· Work with internal Stakeholders such as Engineering Team, Operational teams, Global tech support teams, Spare parts teams and regional Support teams to deliver retrofit projects.

· Enhance Gunnebo documentation for Mass Transit products including and not limited to: Installation documents / O&M / Process Improvement and share all feedback with stakeholders to improve process.

· Assist on installing and testing the products during tradeshow.

· Assist with prototypes, and testing procedures.

· Drive the end to end Training for products: internal and external training
