Responsibilities:

• Compensation (Commission Structure, Basic and Leader Overriding) – Support local business unit to build new, make enhancement on existing, check and balance (with short/long term financial implication, sensitivity testing, risk analysis, market benchmark, control mechanism) before implementation.
