Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in business planning and operations (including at least 3 years of experience in private wealth segment), business management experiences with private banks are highly preferred.

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Business Analyst

This is a 5-month contract role

What will you do?

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specification for the development team
• Work with UI/UX designer in providing low-fidelity design prototypes with good grasp of UI/UX principles
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Support development team with sprint planning and daily scrums
• Work with project/product manager in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and refine product requirements.
• Conduct analysis of existing products relevant to mental health, mental wellness, behavioural changes, and user feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.

2. User Stories and Use cases

• Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteira
• Develop use cases and scenarios to illustrate user interactions with the app.
