• Work closely with the Residence Manager
• Provide good customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence’s Standard Policies & Procedures
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times
• Project a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times
• Provide guests with accurate information as requested regarding SR facilities, major city attractions and events
• Maintain an effective flow of communication with all personnel

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to perform rotating shifts
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the implementation of IT projects.
• Provide assistance and support for D365 issues, with training provided.
• Coordinate various IT projects involving technological analysis, solution implementation, administration, and maintenance.
• Deliver project documentation, user manuals, and training for project implementation.
• Undertake regional travel as necessary.
• Actively engage in the development of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control determination.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies, objectives, and procedures, as well as compliance with relevant legal requirements.
• Perform any other duties as reasonably required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Previous experience with D365 support is advantageous (training provided)
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the field.

• Answering of inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires

• Making of outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings of operating theatres

• To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced

• To make bookings and help with registrations of patients

• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics

• Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department

• Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties
