• Ensure compliance and practice of Company's engineering works comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices in conformance with local standards and legislations.
• Manage and communicate with internal/external project teams including relevant Authorities and relevant parties about engineering works and project schedule to comply with all project requirements with agreed procedures.
• Prepare submission reports, specifications and other necessary documents for approval and application to meets both Client and legislations requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose the effective solution approach.
• Mentoring the project team and managing its performance by providing assistance and support whenever necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned assigned by immediate superior or Head of department.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the handling, storage and disposal of hazardous or toxic materials.
• Provide a prompt and appropriate technical advice to Sales and Operation Personnel on their waste management enquiry which includes waste handling procedure and costing
• Developing and implementing plans for safe waste disposal activities by compliance with environmental regulations
• Evaluating the potential impact of new technologies on the field of hazardous waste management
• Reviewing emergency response plans and conducting drills to ensure that all staff are prepared for all possible scenarios

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of local ,rules/regulations(NEA) on hazardous materials management.
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level certification with min of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Candidate attended WSQ Environmental Course and had experience as part of CERT team members is a plus point as well

Reponsibilities:

• Support the program team to ensure that program activities will be implemented on time, scope and within budget, achieving the related performance objectives.
• Manages all internal delivery, community partners, third party providers (contractors) service delivery, where necessary.
