Responsibilities

- Assist the management on daily operational matters

- Provide customer service and attend to customer enquiry

- To conduct assessor role at confined space as and when required

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define overall NPI program schedules, align on, and drive required execution plans and program deliverables to completion while meeting critical milestones throughout product life cycle including tool delivery in Global Operations
• Facilitate regular program meetings with the core team, and report out on program status, and identify any gaps to schedule or help needed
• Track progress to program objectives and timelines
• Develop metrics to measure NPI program performance and to drive improvement through successive product introductions
• Key stakeholder in corporate strategic product commercialization initiatives focusing on continuous process improvements

Education and Experience requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science or related studies
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in program management or engineering project leadership of configurable products, from Semiconductor Capital equipment, from the conceptual stage through to high volume production
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficient in SAP ERP system

• You will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
• You will leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
• Your day-to-day activities will revolve around managing the project team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.
• You will be expected to be an SME in Program Project Management with expert proficiency.
• Having expert proficiency in Business Process Design, M&A Integration Management Office (IMO), M&A Tech Integration Change & Comms, and Requirements Analysis will be advantageous.
• Lead the project team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure that the project is delivered within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

• Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience
• KYC system experience - eg, Detica/ NetReveal system functionalities and/or technical understanding is a plus
