• Perform both high level and by day forecast for both hotels and manage the forecast adjustments, uploading and reporting through Accor systems.

• Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel turnover. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), group quotation, distribution channels... Ensure that these recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are updated accordingly.  

PMS/CRS MANAGEMENT & OPIMISATION

Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for the managing and implementing of Infrastructure-based projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements.  The Infrastructure Project Manager is also responsible for the following scope in addition to project administration, resource scheduling, project financial health monitoring, risk/issue management and quality assurance.

Project & Service Management

Lead, deliver and maintain projects within time, scope, and cost

Manage resources in terms of mobilizing resources during different periods of time from team to team to maximize productivity or minimize wastage

Lead the project and service team on smooth project transition to operation in accordance with customer requirement and processes.

Manage project operation and ensure service level is maintained without financial penalty and security incident due to negligent or lack of awareness

Job Responsibilities

• Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.
• Assist Project Manager in project planning, implementation and to coordinate all construction works on the project site are in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
• Prepare, plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, design plan, risk assessment, monthly report, etc.

• Establish proper and effective document control system, maintain & conduct reviews of detail design drawings, project documents and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board
• 5 years’ experience in Deep excavation, Pipe laying & Jacking Works, Coordination with authorities, sub-contractor, etc and Accredited Construction Professional C (ACPC) by SIngapore Contractors Association Ltd.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under fast-pace environment
• Additional skills in AutoCAD, Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project is advantageous
