The Role

This role is part of Schroders’ Risk and Compliance community, which has about 100 professional staff and provides support for 27 countries worldwide including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Indonesia and Australia in Asia Pacific.

This role will be based in Singapore providing compliance support to management and business function heads of Schroders Singapore for its business activities covering the South East Asia (“SEA”) region. Responsibilities:

• Execute inspections on incoming and outgoing subcontracted parts as per specifications.
• Conduct incoming process inspections and maintain quality records and data.
• Identify and report quality issues to management, ensuring segregation of non-conforming products.
• Authorize part rejection or release of conforming parts.
• Perform factory routine testing and on-vessel or on-site testing/commissioning of switchboards.
• Address warranty claims and quality complaints.
• Execute official tests in conjunction with surveyors or consultants.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solution recommendations.
• Implement safety regulations and ensure calibration of inspection instruments.
• Initiate and contribute to efforts aimed at preventing product non-conformity, monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of related working experience.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and able to work independently as well as with the team.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
• Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules - modules – Finance, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, Jobs and Resources.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, including project scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in pre-sales presentations and demonstrations on an ad hoc basis.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to guarantee Client satisfaction and project success.
• Work with clients to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Functional Consultant role
• Background: Demonstratable experience in a Functional Consultant Role
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on delivering high quality solution – every time.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively present and defend point of view.
