What you will be doing:

This is a highly visible role within FIS and externally with the client as they will act as the key point of contact with the client for all delivery and operations matters. Essentially this will lead all Project Managers and workstreams for the client to ensure they are delivered, on-time with high quality and within budget.

Demonstrates decision making, problem management and practitioner expertise aligned with the Project Management skillset. Implements necessary control disciplines and practise to effectively manage and execute Project delivery. Proactively seeks to manage and resolve delivery issues and risks.

Manages a client team made up of members of key disciplines such as Project Management, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Development, Business Analysis working on Java based solutions. The team generally operates as a self-organising team to complete work using Scrum Agile methodology.

• Directly oversee employees assigned to manage specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure that efficient operations of the function.
• Identifies project management coordination gaps or areas for improvement and recommends and implements solutions.
• Establish an effective working relationship with our offshore development centres and other functional business units e.g. pre-sales and line of business.

What you bring:

• Typically requires 15 years of demonstrated business analysis / project management experience within a large corporate (ideally multi-national) with at least one project as the Project Management lead on a “large” project (i.e., a project with duration of more than 1000 man-days or spanning more than 4 months).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Project Management qualifications such PMP or Prince
• Knowledge of Payments products and services. Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure hosting will be very well received.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the properties in a state of clean and tenable condition
• Implement Routine and Preventive Maintenance for the properties

Roles and Responsibilities

Pre-handover Inspection

· Conduct pre-handover visual inspection of units.

· Liaise with main contractor on rectification of identified defects.

· Monitor rectification of identified defects by the main contractor and report to client when rectification is complete.

· Preparation of handover kits which includes (without limitation) packing the keys into the key pouch and accessories, etc to be handed over to owners.

Handing over of units to Purchasers/Authorised Representative

· Conduct the handover process with the Owners of units at the Property and get the Owners to acknowledge receipt of all the items handed over.

· Accompany the Owners to the respective unit(s) and brief them on the usage of essential items.

· Be the point of contact to provide customer service and assistance to Owners after handover.

· Maintain and update unit’s handover report.

Defects Management during Defects Liability Period

· To liaise and coordinate defects related matters between the Owners and Main Contractor.

· To arrange for a joint inspection with the Owners upon receipt of defects via Defects Management System.

· Monitor and track the defect rectifications based on the agreed time frame with the Owners.

· Inspect unit after rectification and follow up with the Owners to sign off the defect.

· Develop a logbook for control of keys / access cards / pin codes for access to units during defects rectification.

The position works closely with business development and client relationship management staff, Client Service Executives (CSEs), to market to and service clients based in Asia (Ex-Japan). This includes answering general client inquiries, prepare client presentations, coordinate account opening, closing and maintenance processes, prepare Requests-for-Proposals, research information on prospective clients, support general business development efforts etc. You’ll learn our business from the ground up by working closely with every department at the organization including Marketing, Product Management, Investment Management, Legal and Operations. You will play a key role in client relationships and departmental initiatives.

What you will do

· Act as a central point of contact for a specified book of clients and communicate client inquiries to appropriate investment management, compliance, audit, legal and operations teams.

· Coordinate account opening, maintenance and closing processes, which may involve working with both internal departments and external parties (i.e., client, custodian, brokers, lawyers, etc).

· Prepare and/or review meeting presentation books. Reporting to the Head of Operations (Bar Admission and Examinations), the successful candidate will be a part of the Bar Admission and Examinations team. Main responsibilities will include:
