Purpose of the Job
We are seeking an experienced SMB representative to join our One Samsung B2B team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Planning, Operation, and business development supporting the SMB business, with a focus on Online channels.
He/She will manage overall BO (Business Opportunities) and Revenue data analysis and reports. He/She will actively manage/analyze various data and information, and make a clear and simple summary for executives as well as subsidiaries.
This role requires a strong understanding of SMB and online business in Southeast Asia and Oceania, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for incubating, accelerating, balancing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the selected project(SMB)
· You will be using project management techniques to create value for the business and ensure the successful execution of business strategy. You will coordinate the efforts of the broad range of departments and business units including but not limited to sales, marketing, service, online, finance and accounting, etc.
· Facilitate strategic and productive meetings and drive thoughtful discussions with diverse stakeholder groups
· You will actively manage/analyze various data and information, and make a clear and simple summary for executives as well as subsidiaries
· Perform as a strategic planner for SMB, and Make the best analysis/reports to support the team as an operational expert
Job Requirements
· Experience in online and operation
· At least 8+ years’ experience in a similar role
· Product Manager experience & knowledge will be also recommended to set up a practical plan to sell Samsung’s products
Functional Competencies
· Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SFDC is a must,
· Analysis and Operational excellence are strongly recommended
· Ability to influence, mentor, and motivate project/team members in a positive, accountable, and collaborative approach
· Combine a hands-on attitude with the ability to take a helicopter view.
· Able to bridge functional and organizational divides to align different opinions behind common goals
