REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal and service design, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of business concepts and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and engaging presentation materials.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

• Collaborate closely with various departments, devising HR strategies and offering tailored HR solutions
• Lead the implementation of special projects initiated by headquarters

Employee Relations

• Address and resolve complex employee relations matters through thorough and impartial investigations
• Oversee performance management processes and facilitate effective staff onboarding

Talent Management

• Supervise and execute talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Manage job advertisement postings on the UKG Recruitment module
• Work with management on succession planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry HR standards across all procedures
• Coordinate with payroll vendor to guarantee punctual and accurate payroll processing every month
• Handle annual insurance policy renewals with the broker

Reporting

• Analyze HR metrics and trends in collaboration with headquarters or APAC HR to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years or more experience in an HRBP role with at least 3 years in managerial role
• Prefers incumbent with at least 3-5 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
• Strong HR Generalist (with payroll experience)
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
• Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning

• Follow up with clients in a timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide support and manage project

• Perform troubleshooting & repair / replace faulty parts

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or engineering field
