Responsibilities:

· Responsible for preparation and application of the Project Execution Plan.

· Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project/program/term contract, including developing short- and long-term targets, overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety and quality, implementing financial controls, and coordinating reporting with all stakeholders and subcontractors.

Role Duties:

Construction Stage: Spot checking of PPE for workers, Check the Site condition or working area, Attending coordination meeting at site, Attending safety meeting, Alteration or relocation of planting if any, Marking of progressive work in the plan , Progressive monthly claim, Monitoring of ongoing works.
4. Post Construction Stage: Preparation of as built drawing, Marking of As Built drawing to the site, Checking and submission of As Built drawing, Second round inspection of Inspection based on the defects list, Final Inspection / Hand over, Completion certificate from Main Contractor.
5. Variation Order: Submission of Job sheet or Variation Order to QS.
6. Maintenance Proper (DLP): Preparation and Submission of Maintenance Schedule as per Contract, Submission of Maintenance Card to QS.
