Commissioning & Handover:

• Provide technical support during the post-commissioning phase to address any issues that arise and ensure the substation operates efficiently.

The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Specialist for AP Region (60%) and Singapore & Malaysia Cluster (40%)works closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis, reporting to the Regional FP&A Lead. This role has a focus on continuous improvement and process enhancement, working alongside with the Regional Finance COE, SGMY finance team, regional and SGMY business stakeholders. This position will also take on any project / new scope assigned by the FP&A lead.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with finance team & business units to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Include forecast data from Finance Business Partners and support areas into company forecasting systems; validating planning assumptions & ensuring accuracy of planning inputs (gross to net, pricing, sales units, expenses and headcount)
• Provide additional support to Finance Business Partners during forecast cycles.
• Consolidation of market inputs
• Monthly performance reporting

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Prepare reports (both standard and ad-hoc) from company forecasting and actual reporting systems to share with local and regional stakeholders.
• Support financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, cost analysis, and trend analysis, to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support mid-month sales estimates and monthly close processes.
• Provide additional support to Finance Business partners and Business stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement:

• Work with regional colleagues to maintain a consistent and efficient process which is aligned with how work is done in other markets, sharing & leveraging best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve financial reporting, and enhance data accuracy and integrity.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions.

• Provide pre-sales support for Request For Proposals by sizing delivery cost, writing of proposals, customized response for bid questions and presentation on Service Projects Implementation to potential customers.
• Ensure that customer projects are completed to a high quality and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Manage and maintains Recovery Centre’s certifications and audits requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BC/DR, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Data Centre Environment
• Strong knowledge of BC/DR standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301,etc.)
• Proven experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments, and plan development.
• Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and incident response protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in BC/DR software and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, understanding their IT needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus
• Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle is desirable.
