The IT Project Director must be trained and certified.

He/ She must be able to deliver IT Enterprise Projects. The incumbent must be good in managing Security Access Control Projects involving physical security and information security). The ability to provide professional consultation to stakeholders and clients is required.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in managing large scale Projects in Security Access Control (physical security and information security)
• Demonstrated large scale IT Project Mapping, Design, Planning and Implementation.
• Experience in handling Project Budgeting, Delivery, Scheduling and Management.
• Good in Client, Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
• Highly responsible in driving the Security Access Projects and managing large complex Projects.

Requirements:

• Strong in handling Security Access Control (Infrastructure, Hardware, Software)
• Good in handling Security Access Control in both Physical Security and Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of Security Access Regulations and Policies.
• Demonstrated large complex Project Management pertaining to Security Access Control experience.
• Knowledge of Security Access Policy and Regulations.

IT Project Management Strategy and Planning

· Engages with senior management, coordinating with Head of Product Lines and Heads of Yards to identify opportunities for business improvements as well as to contribute to the organizational business and budget planning.

· Develops project management methodology and best practices, overseeing the adaptation and implementation to establish IT project management framework to support overall SCM objectives

· Manages the development of project management policies and procedures in the organization, ensuring clear and consistent approach is in place, where project risks are managed to the acceptable level

· Manages the administration of project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritization and approval process, maintaining the pipeline for the approved projects
