Position Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that software solutions meet business requirements and goals. The Software Business Analyst will be key in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and developing functional specifications to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or a related domain.
  Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
  Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  A basic understanding of programming, databases, or software architecture is advantageous.

• Experience of derivative product characteristic, including structure of products, valuation/pricing information associate with the products
• Knowledge with vanilla product and derivatives and understand the general market practice

• Experience with scripting language, i.e. Python or Excel Macro
• Master in Financial Engineering, master in Quantitative, CFA or equivalent will be a great plus

Responsibilities
