Job Responsibility

• Develop and refine sustainability policies, ESG initiatives, and materiality assessments.
• Manage sustainability reporting, ensuring alignment with sustainability frameworks, and external assurance processes.
• Monitor and report ESG performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
• Support implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and conduct risk assessments.
• Report on risk matters to senior management and facilitate risk-awareness training programs.
• Enhance risk management processes with innovative tools and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) analysis.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, governance policies, and personal data protection.
• Conduct compliance checks, address breaches, and deliver training on governance policies.
• Support Group-wide initiatives and act as a liaison for internal audits on ESG, compliance, and risk matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Science, Accountancy, Sustainability, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience proven track record in ERM field
• Strong skills in project management, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools or ERMspecific platforms is a advantage.
