Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tender/contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
• Help with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• At least 5 years of working experience related field.
• Preferably experienced in pipe jacking works and tunnelling projects.

Job Description :

1. Organize and delegate specific tasks and responsibilities to cleaners and team leaders for hotel room cleaning activities. Make sure that all cleaners follow the established cleaning procedures and standards.
2. Experience in operating equipment used for cleaning hotel rooms and providing training to cleaners as needed.
3. Oversee and track the use of cleaning supplies to prevent or reduce waste and misuse.
4. Provide daily updates to the operations manager regarding the job site and serve as the primary point of contact for addressing any complaints or feedback from hotel guests.

Job Requirements :

1. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the hotel room cleaning industry.

3. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, with the ability to alternate between morning and afternoon shifts each week, and to work overtime as needed.
