Based on maintenance contract, considering the regional network assurance strategy to make network assurance delivery plan, identify risks in advance and organize resources to delivery in time. Guarantee network stability and responsible for the project business results and customer satisfaction:

• Be responsible for the quality of Engineering to Maintenance handover, maintenance project initiation, team building, performance management of project members and establishment of maintenance plans, maintenance project resources, plan execution and delivery quality;
• As the owner for the network stability, responsible for the coordination of customer resources during accident recovery, and customer care after accident recovery;
• Cooperate with KAD to make sure the high risk issues closed in time, Responsible for results of the closing;
• Approve the network change plan, manage the plan‘s cooperation, responsible for the result of network change;
• Identify major issue and customer complaint, start management escalation and push customer to implement the solution in time, responsible for satisfaction of high level customer;
• Manage project team members (including short-term support staff) to comply with the red-line of network quality and network security, ensure the project delivery with safety and compliance;
• Assure the revenue in time, Properly approve project labour hours, Responsible for achieving the maintenance project’s business target;
• Communicate with Key customers (operation and maintenance supervisor /CXO, etc.) routinely to present service value and improve maintenance service brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Electrical/ Electronic/ Telecommunication Engineering of related fields.
• Min. of 7 years of experiences in Telco industry or enterprise industry.
• Must be a responsible person, pro-active and customer-oriented.
• Must be hands on person and with good leadership skill.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage as this role may require to deal with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Excellent team player with good initiative and ability to perform under pressure and work in fast paced environment. Flexible in work time arrangement as this role may require performing night duty as per job request.

Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for a team of supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth progress during execution of project.

· Supervision of contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

· Main in-charge for the entire phase of the Project Management, from preparation to Site management, and subsequently until completion.

· Communicate and coordinate with client, clarify requirement, plan, co-ordinate, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project.

· Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.

· Management of claims for cost and time implication due to variation from client.

· Submit variation order cost for additional work to be carried out issued by architects and consultants.

· Ensure prompt submission of as-built drawings, operation maintenance manual and conduct training for client during handing over of project upon completion.

· Be aware of the legal and requirement and significant environment aspect/ impacts & occupational safety and health hazard/risk associated in their work activities.

Requirements

· Degree in Architecture / Mechanical / Engineering / Interior Design or its equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in related fields, preferably with Hotel project experiences.

· Strong in project management and technical knowledge in Interior Fit Out

· Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills

1. Carry out drawing and working closely on construction plans with clients, architects and other professionals

2. Monitoring installation works on site

3. Working out the loads and stresses on different parts of a structure

6. Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements

8. Resolving site technical issues

ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and elective manner;

• Site viewing , co-ordination and oversee ongoing job progress for AV products
• Termination, testing, commissioning and project handover
• Perform preventive maintenance

Requirements:

• "O" Level/ITE/Diploma/Entry level preferable with electrical experience
• Computer/electrical/electronic knowledge will be added advantage
• Preferably possess Class 3 license
• Able to plan & work with sub-contractor to complete the project within a given time frame
