JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, Indian wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Indian/Bangladesh Wholesale products distributions through various channels
• Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
• 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings

• Must be able to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)

Responsibilities:

You are responsible to gather, analyze and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate the feasibility of implementation and manage the scope of projects. You will also help to manage and implement quality IT projects that are within the scope and ensure timely deliverables that conform to processes and standards. Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives & junior Engineers.

· Responsible for checking/advise of plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations of area are followed correctly.

· Responsible to ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & budget.

· Responsible for work progress timescales. (In charge area)

· Supervising of project crews.

· Coordination with consultant traffic team for timely submission and obtaining approval of temporary and permanent traffic diversion plan.

· Attending and preparing minutes for meeting with clients, consultant and technical agencies such as NPARKS, PUB, HDB, URA and etc

· Liaise and coordinate with interfacing contractors on traffic diversion matters.

· Assist in planning and execution of works

· Review method statement for various construction works and traffic diversion and traffic control plan for submission to LTA.

· Take part in briefing with sub-contractors on the technical

· Deal with arborist on site works to meet NPARKS requirement

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Minimum 10 years of working experience in road alignment design and traffic engineering after tertiary education. Shall be well versed and have experience in LTA’s design standards.
