• Drive the creation of user stories, setting up acceptance criteria’s with Feature files and ensure thorough grooming of requirements for developers.
• Validation of development results, performing end-to-end testing of complete feature with product owner agreement for test cases as well as in validating the results.
• Oversee the feature handover for UAT testing with all evidences of end-to-end testing and including support until delivery to Production.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the existing cash management & reporting applications, ensuring its stability and performance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, in cash management and reporting domains, with expertise in financial messing standards such as MT940, MT950, CAMT053, MT942, CAMT052, MT910/100, CAMT054, PAIN & PACS.
• Strong expertise in cash management and payment processing, particularly aligned with CBPR+ and SEPA rulebooks.
• Proficiency in SEPA, cross-border and Asia payments types including credit transfer, direct debits and real-time payments.
• Extensive experience with payments processing engines, covering end-to-end processing for high-value payments (HVPS), low-value payments (LVPS) and real-time gross settlement (RTGS) systems.
• In-depth knowledge of various banking channels, including accounting processes, reconciliation, settlements and reporting mechanism in global cash management.
• Proficient in gathering requirements, possessing excellent documentation skills, and demonstrating effective communication abilities to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge in creating feature files, ensuring thorough documentation and clarity in specification of development teams.
• Strong understanding of application architecture flow, enabling the ability to grasp the global picture and conduct effective requirements analysis.
