To ensure business's sustainability and continuity and to act as a first point of contact:dealing with correspondence, organising meetings and appointments for the Director.It involves providing administrative support to clients and stakeholders of the business, which includes (and not limited to):

• Agency support;
• Client management like: answering calls, responding to enquiries;
• Preparing proposals and weekly presentations;
• Assisting in claims and follow ups;
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets;
• Managing records and receipts;
• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions;
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process;
• Providing customer service to clients;
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams;
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
• Making calls for interview
• to be able to speak mandarin

Working Experience
