Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and understood
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support decision-making
• Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives
• Create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories to communicate project needs to the technical teams
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Identify potential risks to business projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
• Ensuring that solutions meet the business requirements and function as expected
• Conduct research on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to support the development of business strategies
• Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can be leveraged to improve business processes and outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization

• Lead engagement, development, and retention of assigned customers, maintaining positive relationships.
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals to meet revenue, volume, and gross profit targets.
• Execute business development strategies and support sales planning and tactics with management.
• Collaborate with product teams (Air, Ocean, etc.) to secure optimal rates for customer proposals.
• Analyze and optimize customer performance, implementing actions to drive growth locally and, if required, regionally or globally.
• Foster effective collaboration and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Tech, Product, CS, Ops) to support sales initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• 5 - 8 years relevant working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
• Min. Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
• Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management.
