-Placement of time deposit, and

-Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

5. Support Head Office accounting request as and when.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.

• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.

• Responsible for local raw materials supply planning
• Good understanding of Bill of Material (BOM)
• Review capacity matrix, safety stockssettings, MOQ's and pack sizes on a periodic basis
• Responsible for Slow Moving Obsolesce Stocks(SLOBs) reduction and prepare monthly Write off list for management approval
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and delivery deadlines
• Pro-active with great problem-solving skills and able to work with internal team and as well as cross functional teams to ensure meeting KPIs and Service level
• Other scheduled/ad-hoc Reports/Dashboards and Projects such as artificial Intelligence / machine learning, Robotic Process Automation(RPA) related to Supply Planning

Requirement

• Degree qualification in Supply Chain, Statistics or Business discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Production Planning or Supply Planning
• Strong knowledge and experience of SAP ERP system
• Excellent Microsoft office and Business Intelligence skills with strong analytical abilities
• Experience in taking ownership and committed to delivering results of noticeable high quality
• Strong communication & negotiation skills, multi-tasker, and a good team player

Job Scope

• Work closely with the event team, sales team and dealers to understand their goals and requirements for the event.
• Coordinate roadshow, exhibition, training, conference, and miscellaneous events conducted by the company.
• Assist sales team in presenting event goals and ideas to dealers.
• Plan out full year schedule and working timeline for each event.
• Coordinate logistics such as location, vehicle, transportation, accommodation, catering, audiovisual equipment, decorations, and miscellaneous matters required by the event.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract customers and generate interest in the event.
• Coordinate online and offline marketing needs with marketing team in preparation for the event.
• Liaise with vendors, organizers, booth contractors, and other stakeholders during the event planning process.
• In-charge of procurement, maintenance, organizing, and usage of all products, materials, & accessories used for events.
• Oversee the event's setup, manages the schedule, follow up processes and troubleshoots any issues that arise.
• Assist in set up, demo, and sales during event days.
• Assess an event’s overall success and outcome, compile findings in monthly report.
• Maintain cleanliness of event vehicle and event storage area.
• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality industry or any field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experiences
• Experience in project management / organising interdepartmental and external activities will be advantageous

Process Governance:

·       Establish, document, and maintain robust service delivery processes.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.

Risk Management:

Budgeting & Financial Management:

·       Develop and manage the DCS service budget.

·       Prepare financial reports and analyses for management review.

Stakeholder Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

·       Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

·       Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns.

• Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT service management or in Tech Risk with a focus on governance and control within an IT enterprise environment
• Relevant industry certification (e.g: ITIL, Six Sigma, COBIT)
• Solid writing, documentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the areas of Risk Management, IT audit or IT security is an added advantage
• Prior working experience in banking or financial institutions would be an added advantage.

Good understanding of MAS or APAC financial regulators technology risk guidelines or mandates would be valuable.
