Primary Functions

• Hunt, win and acquire new business and customers for the organization
• Lead the engagement and grow assigned customers in country

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
• Min. five years’ customer facing sales experience of which three years in a sales management capacity in a freight forwarding, shipping, Logistics or Supply Chain environment is a MUST
• Good records in execution of successful sales development strategies
• Working knowledge in Freight Forwarding and/or logistics related operations and selling process
• Proactive, independent and able to multi-task and work in a matrix reporting environment
• Strong customer focus and service ethics
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn
• Good consultative sales techniques and well-developed negotiation skills
• Possess a high level of honesty, integrity, and ethics
• Good team player with positive working attitude

Job Scope

• Foster a safety culture in all P&E project execution and ensure 100% compliance safety requirement, including contractors and visitors
• Proactively support and participate in site EHSS activities.
• Conduct and manage contractor safety orientation and supervision when necessary.
• Responsible for creating detailed project plan, timeline and schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop new project 4-blocker scope of work.
• Work with compounding and Polymer plant engineers to generate new projects
• Coordinate project execution- Coordinate internal resources, 3rd party vendors/ contractors during projects installation to ensure flawless execution of the project
• All the engineering activities to execute in compliance with company guidelines i.e. mechanical integrity, company Engineering Standards & EHSS requirements.
• Responsible to create the instructions necessary for systems to function. This includes manufacturing maintenance procedures, trainings and system handover to operation.
• Quality Control- Project Coordinate ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and specifications
• Verify and audit the project quality documents with vendor to align engineering standard.
• Documentation - Responsible to maintain Engineering deliverables (drawings and documents), producing CAD drawings according to specifications and changes.
• Reporting- Provide regular progress report to the stakeholders
• Participate in EHSS, Cost & Quality improvement project.
