Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning, coordination, and execution of events, ranging from roadshows to corporate conferences.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their event goals and requirements.

- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services and pricing for events.

- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, decor, and transportation.

- Manage event registration processes, attendee lists, and post-event evaluations.

- Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure seamless execution and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues.

Job Qualifications:

- Diploma/ Nitec graduates in Event Management or related qualifications are welcome to apply.
